Born Aug. 4, 1906, in Shaw Mines, son of the late Stanley and Katheryn (Buglewicz) Migot. Preceded in death by wife, the former Mary Puskas, July 2, 1988; sisters, Josephine, Louise, and Sophie; and brothers, Michael, Joseph, and Martin. Survived by a son, John David, married to the former Theresa Jane Arnold, Somerset RD 7; one brother, Walter, Novelty, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Annie Derr, Sipesville. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Acosta. Formerly employed by the Saxman Coal and Coke Co., Quecreek, The Consolidated Coal Co., of Gray, and Island Creek Coal Co., Tire Hill. Member of U.M.W.A., Local 998. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where Wake Service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Acosta, the Rev. Benjamin Dykas officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
