  MRS. HENRY J. MILLER
  
    Alice H. Miller, 81, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth
  (Crawford) Hotchkiss, died April 8, 1972, in Fisher-Fazio Nursing
  Home in Markleysburg.
    She was born in Elk Garden, W.Va.  Her husband, Henry J. Miller,
  preceded her in death.
    Surviving are one son, Charles, of Garrett; five daughters, Mrs.
  Evelyn Bowman, of Grantsville; Mrs. Edna Baldwin, Blue Mound, Kan.;
  Mrs. Nellie Lee and Mrs. Gladys Bockes, Pittsburgh; and Mrs.
  Henrietta Livengood, Garrett; 17 grandchildren, 26
  great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Hotchkiss, Meyersdale; and
  three sisters, Mrs. Marie Marble, Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Kathryn Hersh,
  Meyersdale; and Mrs. Maggie Swartzwelder, Salisbury; 17 grandchildren
  and 26 great-grandchildren.
    She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
    Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon in Newman Funeral Home,
  Grantsville, with Rev. Joseph Lewis and Rev. Earl Harper
  officiating.  Interment in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
