MILLER Mrs. Amelia A. Miller, wife of Melchior Miller, formerly of Coal Run, died of dropsy at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Howell, of Blough, Pa., Sept. 12, at the age of 80 years, 4 months and 26 days. The body was prepared for burial by Undertaker Landis of Somerset, after which it was taken to the home of her son, Frank Miller, 448 West Union Street, Somerset, at which place a short funeral service was held on Tuesday afternoon at 1:30, after which the body was taken to the St. Paul (Wilhelm) Reformed Church in Elk Lick Township, of which she was a member, where additional funeral services were conducted by Rev. George Roth, D.D., of Somerset. Three beautiful hymns were sung by the choir, "Abide With Me," "Rock of Ages" and "Asleep in Jesus," selected by the bereaved family. There were many beautiful floral tributes. Six girls acted as flower bearers. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Frank and Herman Miller, of Somerset; two daughters, Mrs. Cora Howell, of Blough, and Mrs. Ruth Bluebaugh, of Coal Run; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded to the grave by two sons, Lewis, who died at the age of 18 months, and Walter, at the age of 3 years; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Nyal, and the following brothers and sisters: Robert, August, Lewis, Anna and Katheryn.
