Married Jan. 28, 1955. Retired product manufacturing coordinator for C.A.E. Link (Singer Corp.) in Silver Springs, Md., for 24 years. A 13-year employee for Litton Industries in College Park, Md. U.S. Army veteran of Korean War. Member of American Legion Post 297, Baltimore, Md., and Nation Riffle Association. Survived by wife, Elaine R. (Robertson) Miller; son, Chester W. Miller Jr., Gainesville, Va.; daughters, Katherine E., wife if Robert Havle, Manassas Park, Va., and Diana L. Richards, Hyattsville, Md.; brothers- Leo Miller, Central City; Charles Miller, Somerset RD; sisters- Betty Lynch, Rockville, Md., and Ethel Stiffer, Luella Blevins and Eileen Terayke, all of Somerset RD. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. William Fenstermaker officiating. Burial, Schellsburg Cemetery. Graveside military rites by Fort Bedford Honor Guard. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 13, at the Christian Life Center in Riverdale, Md.
