CLARA J. MILLER

  Mrs. Clara J. Miller, widow of William S. Miller, died in Somerset, Thursday 
night, Sept. 14, 1944, at the age of 82 years, 9 months and three days.  Her 
husband preceded her in death more than a year ago.
  She was born in Pennsylvania Dec. 12, 1861, a daughter of Conrad and Drucilla 
(Close) Beal.  Survivors are two nieces, Mrs. Elsie Stokes of Cleveland, O., and 
Daisy Cline, Lonaconing, Md.  
  Funeral services were conducted at the Price Funeral Chapel in Meyersdale, 
Sept. 18, by Rev. Sherwood Kelser.  Interment was made in the Union Cemetery in 
charge of W. C. Price and Son.
