  Dale J. "Speed" Miller, 64, of Upper Street, Berlin (Mcdonaldton),
  died April 18, 1999 at home.  Born Aug. 11, 1934, in Allegheny
  Township, son of Ralph and Flora (Foreback) Miller.  Preceded in
  death by parents and sister Eleanor Prokop.  Survived by his wife of
  40 years, the former Shelva Hillegass, and these children: Rodney and
  friend Connie Hutzell, Somerset; Valerie and Keith, both at home; and
  Kimberly, married to James McKenzie, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.;
  grandchildren: Dana, Josh and Jamie Miller and Kayla Dunmyer;
  step-grandchildren: Brenda Foor, Eric McKenzie, and Ginny Artise and
  Tiffany Hutzell; step-great-granddaughter, Kelsie Foor.  Brother of
  Paul Miller, married to the former Donna Tattarelli, and Carla,
  married to Stanley Smith, both of Berlin, and Beryl, married to
  Steven Bonneville of Portland, Ore.  Retired from Berlin
  Brothersvalley School District, Army Veteran of the Korean War. 
  Member of Berlin Brethren Church and Berlin V.F.D.  Former member of
  Berlin American Legion and former member and commander of Berlin
  V.F.W.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.  Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at
  11 a.m. Wednesday at Berlin Brethren Church.  Rev. Owen H. Preston
  officiating.  Interment Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to "In-Touch" Hospice 1590 N. Center Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa., 15501.  Berlin Fire Co. memorial service will be held
  at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
