  Edna M. Miller, 88, of 600 Broadway Ave., Berlin, died Nov. 20, 1986,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Feb. 23, 1898, in Brothersvalley
  Township, a daughter of George and Sallie (Ringler) Gumbert.  Preceded
  in death by parents; husband, Ord S.; two sons, Keith and Eugene; a
  sister, Emma; and step-brother, William, and step-mother Almeda
  Gumbert.  Survived by these children: Mrs. John (Betty) Speicher,
  Branden, Fla.; Mrs. Harry (Dorothy Mae) Morton, Blairsville; Robert
  and Ronald, both at home; Mrs. George (LaVerne) Sivits, Garrett; and
  William J., married to former Carol Engle, Berlin; 14 grandchildren;
  26 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Snyder, Detroit,
  Mich. Also survived by these step-brothers and step-sisters, George
  J. Gumbert, Berlin; Alverda Higginbotham, Carnegie; Catherine Ebaugh,
  Front Royal, Va.; Annabelle Beaber, Sherrodsville, Ohio; Henry
  Gumbert, Washington, D.C.; Milton Gumbert, Pittsburgh; and Elmira
  Williams, Springfield, Va.  Member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church,
  Pine Hill.  Friends were received 7-9 p.m. Friday and will be
  received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home
  where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, the Rev. Ralph E. Mills
  officiating.  Interment, Pine Hill Lutheran Cemetery.
