ELIZABETH HERSH MILLER

  Mrs. Elizabeth (Hersh) Miller, 68, died at her home, Meyersdale R.D. 3, at 
11:45 o'clock last Friday night.  She was born on Nov. 25, 1877, a daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. William Hersh.  Surviving are her husband, Ulysses Miller and eight 
children: Harry, James and Margaret, Meyersdale; Frank, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Albert 
Krause, Mrs. Irene Phenicie and Guy Miller, Johnstown; and Mrs. Harold Welfley, 
Salisbury.  There are 13 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two brothers, 
Harrison Hersh, Meyersdale, and William Hersh, West Decatur, and one sister, 
Mrs. Flora House, Keyser, W.Va.
  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Miller home by Rev. S. 
Loren Bowman, pastor of the Church of the Brethren.  Interment in Union Cemetery 
under direction of H. R. Konhaus.
