  Elwood W. Miller, 68, of Arbutus Avenue, Johnstown, dead on arrival
  March 13, 1983, at Memorial Hospital.  Born July 16, 1914, in
  Allenvale, Somerset County, son of the late William and Jenny (Baker)
  Miller.  Preceded in death by brother, Glenn, and sister, Mrs. Gladys
  Kimmel.  Survived by widow, former Ethel Kline; and children: Marlin
  E., married to former Sandra Blough, Fishersville, Va.; and Linda,
  wife of Michael Carrigan, Butler; also grandchildren Mark, Lorie and
  Scott Miller.  Brother of Eugene, Norristown, Pa.  Member and former
  trustee of Bethany United Methodist Church and member of Builders
  Sunday School Class and East Hills Senior Citizens.  Retired
  conductor for C. & B.L. Railroad.  Friends were received Monday and
  will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at R. Owen Ketterer
  Funeral Home, Geistown, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Wednesday, with the Revs. Richard M. King and Gerald O. Bishop
  officiating.  Interment, Richland Cemetery.
