Miller, 71, Somerset RD 1, died July 26, 1989 at his residence. Born Sept. 19, 1917 in Somerset Township, son of the late Earl McKinley and Zelda Florence (Miller) Miller. Also preceded in death by brother William and sister Dorothy. Survived by wife, the former Virginia Derencin and daughter Mrs. David W. (Judy) Trent of Somerset. Three grandchildren: Thomas Trent, Thursa Crouse and Ty Trent. Brother of Mrs. Thomas (Ida Mae) Sterner of Somerset. Member of Milford United Methodist Church. Retired Somerset County Superintendent of Highways for PennDOT and retired technician for New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co. Friends received 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where serivce [sic] will be held 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. John Basinger, Jr. officiating.
