Miller, 69, Ankeny Ave., Somerset, died Feb. 4, 1985, in Avon Park, Florida. Born Oct. 1, 1915, in Lincoln Township, a son of the late Austin D. and Annie (Fritz) Miller. Also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Rose. He is survived by his wife, the former Beatrice Minerd; and these children: Connie, wife of Blaine Bittinger, Somerset; Lynette Weimer, Somerset RD 2; Wanda Fockler, Somerset; Lynn, married to the former Pamela Whisler, Berlin RD 1; and Dennis, married to the former Leona Lane, Ephrata; six grandchildren; two brothers: Clark F., Somerset RD 2; and Elmer D., Berlin RD 1. Member of Somerset Church of God. Former owner and operator of Brotherton Garage, Brotherton. Veteran of World War II. Member of Laurel Ridge Sportsmen. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Wednesday (today) and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. Services Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Somerset Church of God, the Rev. D.R.
