  HARVEY MILLER
  
    Harvey J. Miller, 43, of 4-H Camp Road, Morgantown, W.Va., formerly
  of Springs, died July 7, 1998, as a result of an accident in
  Shartlesville, Pa.
    Born Nov. 26, 1954, in Norfolk, Va., he was a son of Daniel J. and
  Mary J. (Yoder) Miller of Springs.
    He was a truck driver, employed by Oester Trucking, Salisbury,
  since March 1992.  He was also a former employee of 18 years at Mt.
  Counties Milk Hauling Co-op of Grantsville, Md.
    Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Diane (Martin), whom he married
  Sept. 30, 1983; a son, Jason, at home; two stepsons: Brett Peltit,
  Sr., Charles Town, W.Va.; and Dale Peltit and spouse, Korena, of
  Morgantown.  He is also survived by four step-grandchildren: Megan,
  Brett II, Dillon and Kyra; four sisters: Mrs. James (Edith) Yoder,
  Grantsville, Md.; Mabel Pugh, Meyersdale; Mrs. Byard (Katie) Beilzel,
  Accident, Md.; and Mrs. Robert (Mary Ella) Kauffman.   He is also
  survived by one brother, Joseph Miller and wife, Joyce, Accident,
  Md., along with several nieces and nephews.
    He was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Orendorf.
    Friends were received at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home,
  Morgantown W.Va., where services were held July 11, with the Revs.
  Luther McCartney and Sanford Bender officiating.  Interment, Mt.
  Calvary Cemetery.
