    Helen (Brant) Miller, 84, of Algonac, MI, formerly of Garrett, died
  Sept. 30, 1983, at Wilmar Convalescent Home, Utica, Mich.
    She was born Jan. 19, 1899, in Garrett, a daughter of Louis and Ida
  (Christner) Brant.
    She was preceded in death by parents; four sisters and two brothers.
    She is survived by son, Jack of Algonac, Mich.; and sister, Mrs.
  John (Louise) Habel, Garrett.
    She was a member of Forbes Road Chapter DAR.
    Friends were received at Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin,
  where services were held with the Rev, Clarence Anderson
  officiating.  Interment, Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
