  MILLER
  
    Herbert S. "Boom" Miller, 71, Meyersdale RD 1, died March 14, 1996,
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  He was born Aug. 7, 1924, in Meyersdale, a
  son of the late David J. and Addie (Schrock) Miller.  Also preceded in
  death by two sisters and one brother: Mary Emma Miller, Irene Ringler
  and William Miller.  He is survived by his widow, Kathleen (Stoner)
  Miller, and four daughters: Sally Miller of Shippensburg; Bonnie
  Shoaff of Lancaster, Sharon Miller of Meyersdale RD 1, and Yvonne
  Miller of Burnham; two grandchildren, Adam Miller and Kelli Shoaff. 
  He was a member of the Summit Mills Grace Brethren Church.  Retired
  FTE employee.  Member of Meyersdale VFW, Meyersdale Sportsmen,
  Rockwood American Legion, Laurel Highlands Coon Hunters.  Friends
  will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Saturday at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be
  at 2 p.m. Sunday, with Pastor Albert Valentine officiating. 
  Interment, White Oak Cemetery.  The family suggests contributions be
  made to Meyersdale Ambulance Association.
