  Homer Gerald Miller Sr., 74, Somerset, died July 29, 2005, at his residence.
  Born April 14, 1931, in Jefferson Township, a son of Harry and Dollie (Close)
  Miller. Preceded in death by parents and grandson Joshua G. Miller who died
  March 24, 2005. Survived by wife, the former Shirley Florence Tinkey, to whom
  he was married 51 years; son, Homer G. Miller Jr. married to the former Doris
  Henry of Somerset; three granddaughters, Debbie, Maggie, and Kasi Miller of
  Somerset, and two great-grandchildren, Camryn and Zacheri Miller. Brother of
  Mrs. Anna Marie Tinkey, Jones Mills. Retired foreman/operator for Jefferson
  Township retiring in 1993 with 18 years service. Friends received from 3 to 5
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a
  service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Ralph Tinkey officiating.
  Interment, Nedrow-Ferguson Cemetery.
