JAMES A. MILLER

  James A. Miller, aged 81, died last Friday at the home of his son, H. C. 
Miller, at Reel's Corner, following a long illness.  He was born August 21, 
1850.  Surviving are these children:  F. E. Miller and H. C. Miller, both of 
Reel's Corner; Mrs. Frank Rankin, of Johnstown, and Mrs. George Taylor, of 
Mapleton, Greene County, Pa.  He also leaves 11 grandchildren and nine great-
grandchildren.  His wife passed away seven years ago.  Funeral services were 
conducted Sunday afternoon in the Glade Reformed Church by Rev. H. D. Gress, 
followed by interment in the church cemetery, in charge of Undertaker C. H. Ross 
of Shanksville.
