  James J. Miller, 88, Rear 926 Franklin St., Johnstown, died Dec. 29,
  1972, in Johnstown Memorial Hospital.  Born Nov. 21, 1884 in Fayette
  County, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Miller.  Preceded in death by
  first wife, the former Molley Lohr; second wife, the former Alice
  McMahn; son, Wilbur J.; three infant children; stepson, William
  Misner Miller; five brothers and one sister.  Survived by widow, the
  former Ella Reese; daughter, Mrs. Mae Ford, 565 Heidelberg Lane,
  Johnstown; and stepson Willis Misner Miller, of Toledo, Ohio; three
  grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  Brother of Mrs. Irene
  Leffler of 517 Horner St., Johnstown.  Attended the First Church of
  the Nazarene, Johnstown.  Member of the Home Department of the church
  and the Conemaugh Lodge 692, F and AM.  Retired foreman for
  Consolidated Coal Co.  Friends received after 2 p.m. Sunday in
  the John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Johnstown, where
  services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday the Rev. Mohney.  Interment,
  Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown.
