    Janet M. Miller, 65, Covered Bridge Road, Stoystown, died Dec. 14,
  1998, at home.  Born Aug. 26, 1933, in Conemaugh Township, daughter
  of Amy (Ashbrook) Sleek, Meyersdale, and the late Homer R. Sleek. 
  Survived by her husband of 47 years, Glenn A., and these children:
  Linda, married to Edward Atcher, and Dorothy, married to Matthew
  Hixson, both of Cocoa, Fla.; Barbara married to Michael Stutzman, and
  Roger L., married to the former Barbara J. Bittner, both of Friedens;
  and Diane, married to Daniel Jones, Alamogordo, N.M.; nine
  grandchildren and a great-grandson.  Sister of: Clayton Sleek,
  Somerset; Vivian Yost and Dorothy Bostic, both of Shelbyville, Del.;
  Earl Sleek, Johnstown; and Marlene DeVault, St. Petersburg, Fla. 
  1951 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School.  Former employee of
  Van Heusen Outlet Store, Somerset.  Member of Northwinds Ladies Golf
  League.  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Glenn E. Sadler
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to In Touch Hospice, 1590 North Center
  Avenue, Suite 111, Somerset, PA 15501.
