    John R. Miller, 79, Glencoe, died March 3, 1990, at home.  Born
  March 19, 1910, in Glencoe, son of late Frank B. and Eva (Poorbaugh)
  Miller.  Survived by wife of 58 years, the former Mary L. Wiles, and
  these children: Mrs. Gary (Bernice) Baker, Fairhope; Orville, married
  to former Dolores Showman, Meyersdale RD 3; also 5 grandchildren and 4
  great-grandchildren.  Brother of Mrs. Samuel (Bernice) Lloyd, Trenton,
  N.J.; Mrs. Herbert (Emily) Jones, Carson City, Nev.; Marion,
  Philadelphia; Ruth Cropf, Baltimore, Md.; Earl, Johnstown; Karl B.,
  Glencoe, and Maurice, Lambertsville, Mich.  Retired from B&O Railroad
  Signal Department.  Member of Lutheran church.  Family received
  friends Sunday evening at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service
  will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Rev. Daniel Leister.  Interment, Mount
  Lebanon Cemetery.  Family requests memorial contributions to Somerset
  Hospital Hospice Program.
