Miller, 82, Garrett, died Sept. 3, 2004, at Somerset Hospital. Born April 3, 1922 in Garrett, a daughter of the late Miles E. and Anna G. (Briskey) Lohr. Also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Merrill Miller Sr., infant brother Marvin, infant sister, Ruth and brothers, John E. Lohr and Ward E. Lohr. Survived by her son, Robert Merrill Miller Jr., Garrett; sister-in-law, Nettie Viola Lohr, Garrett; niece Kathy, wife of David Suder, Meyersdale; nephew, Frank Lohr and his wife Marlene, Newburg, Md.; and several other nieces and nephews. Juanita will be missed by her beloved cats Mousie, Sam and Caesar. She was a former seamstress for Meyersdale Manufacturing, and was a former part-owner of the Ardma Hotel, Palm Beach, Fla. Friends were received Monday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today. The Rev. Ralph Landis officiating. Interment, Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
