Miller, 82, of New Lexington, died April 18, 1999, at Somerset Hospital. Born Aug. 24, 1916, in Cary, Ill., son of the late Fred and Gertrude (Engeln) Miller. Survived by wife, Coralie (Andrews). His passing ends a union of 31 years. Also survived by son, Brent D., married to Jane Miller, Middleton, Idaho; daughters, Florence, married to Ken Lottes of Cordes Lake, Ariz., and Lorna, married to Arch Irvin, Pittsburgh; stepson, Larry McNeil, Lake City, Fla.; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by first wife, Helen Barth, Ogden, Utah. He lived in Ogden, Utah, during World War II. In 1942 he was assigned to Ogden High School as an ROTC instructor. He was also employed by Ideal Cement Co., at Devil's Slide, and Marquart in Ogden before returning to his home in Illinois. He has lived in the Rockwood area for the past 13 years. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, Father Sean Cody officiating.
