  MILLER
  
    Mabel V. Miller, 82, of Somerset, died Feb. 10, 1999, at Lee
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born March 5, 1916, in Milford Township. 
  Daughter of the late William Wilson and Mary Bertha (Briskey)
  Vought.  In addition to parents, preceded in death by husband Earl B.
  Miller, who died Nov. 8, 1987; two sisters, Marguerite Emert-Kimmel
  and Helen Fern Snyder.  Survived by two children: Mrs. Randall L.
  (Linda) Whipkey of Columbia, Md., and Peter A. Miller of Somerset,
  and four grandchildren: Ian and Chad Whipkey and Courtney and Ryan
  Miller.  Member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church; Trinity Chapter
  138, Order of Eastern Star, and Somerset Garden Club.  Graduate of
  Rockwood Area High School and a 1936 graduate of Windber Hospital
  Training School for Nurses.  Retired Registered Nurse from Somerset
  Hospital with 15 years of service.  Friends will be received from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Somerset.  Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ
  Casebeer Lutheran Church, with the Rev. William G. Triebe
  officiating.  There will be no viewing at the church.  Interment,
  Casebeer Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Christ Casebeer
  Lutheran Church, 10377 Somerset Pike, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
