  MILLER
  
    Marie J. Miller, 85, of Salisbury died July 9, 1985 in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born April 28, 1900 in West Salisbury, daughter
  of the late William and Mary Alice (Bevans) Knecht.  Preceded in
  death by her husband, Fred.  Survived by two daughters:  Mrs. Marian
  L. Glime, Southfield, Mich.; and Mrs. Margaret Robertson, Salisbury
  RD 1; also two sisters, Miss Rita Knecht, West Salisbury and Mrs.
  Regina Burns, Baltimore, Md.; one brother, Carl Knecht, Carlisle; six
  grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  She was a member of St.
  Michael's Catholic Church.  Member of Salisbury VFW Auxiliary;
  Salisbury American Legion Auxiliary and Salisbury Firemen's
  Auxiliary.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the
  Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held
  11 a.m. Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Rev. Father
  John Pavlik officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.  Christian
  Wake service will be held 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
