Miller, widow of the late John H. Miller, died at her home in Northampton Township, Friday noon, August 28th, 1931. Mrs. Miller was the daughter of John B. and Christene Trimpe, and was born March 8th, 1855, in Middlecreek Township, but lived most of her life on the Miller homestead. On June 2nd, 1873, she was united in holy matrimony to John H. Miller, who died June 7th, 1925. To this union was born eight children, six sons and two daughters, all of whom survive, namely, Mrs. A. G. Yutzy, of Greenville Township; Karl A., of Pittsburgh; William H. and Frank B., of Glencoe; Dr. I. C. Miller, of Berlin; Mrs. J. J. Landman, of Detroit, Mich., Clarence G. and Walter G. Miller, at home. Twenty-two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. In her early girlhood she was confirmed into membership of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church at Johnsburg, and remained a most loyal and steadfast member of her church until death. The funeral services were held at her late home, on Monday, August 31st, and interment was made in the Lutheran Cemetery at Johnsburg, her pastor, Rev. Theodore Ernst, officiating. One more at home! MILLER Glencoe, Sept. 2 - Mrs. Mary A. Miller, died on Friday, Aug. 28. Funeral services were held in the Johnsburg Lutheran Church, Rev. Ernst officiating. Mrs. Miller was 76 years old last March.
