R. Miller of Garrett, died at 12:05 o'clock Tuesday morning at her home after an illness of a week. A daughter of Jefferson and Sarah (Kimmel) Long, she was born on May 4, 1873, in Stonycreek Twp. She was a resident of Garrett for 40 years. She was an active church worker and taught a Sunday school class of the Grace Reformed Church for 37 years. Surviving are her husband and three children - Earl L. and Allen W. Miller, Washington, D.C., and Lloyd R. Miller, Akron, Ohio. Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon in Grace Reformed Church by Rev. F. D. Mitmer. Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin, under the direction of Johnson & Son.
