Born Sept. 13, 1909, in Indian Head, she is the daughter of the late Lewis and Margaret (Reese) Fisher. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel (Slim) Miller in 2001; daughter, Lucille Louise Miller; brothers, Harold, Berkey, Harry, and Charles Fisher; and sisters, Bethel Grimm and Ada Belle Miller. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Weaver and husband, James, and Wilma Grimes, both of Rockwood; son, George "Rusty" Miller and wife, Lois, Lafayette, Ind.; other children, Chuck Stillwagon, Markleton; and Marlene Jones, Rockwood; grandchildren, Marcie Atkinson, Margo Zur, Cathy Brewer, Richard "Corky" Grimes, Leslie Horne, Jaci Meyers, and Marc and Jay Miller; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother, James Fisher and wife, Dolores, Rockwood; loving longtime care-giver Frank Miller, Rockwood; and special friend, Dolores Livengood, Rockwood. She loved fishing and hunting in her youth and was considered a tremendous cook by her family and friends. She was a member of the New Centerville Church of God. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the New Centerville Church of God with one hour of visitation prior to the service, the Rev. Timothy Show officiating. Interment at Mount Nebo Cemetery, Champion. Memorial contributions may be sent to the New Centerville Church of God at 3719 Copper Kettle Highway, Rockwood, PA 15557.
