  Nina H. (Bitner) Miller, 93, Church of the Brethren Home, Windber,
  formerly of Jenner Township, died Oct. 21, 2004, at the home.  Born
  March 25, 1911, in Somerset, daughter of Harry N. and Ida F. (Koontz)
  Bitner.  Preceded in death by parents; husband Robert H. on Jan. 23,
  1976; son, Richard T.; infant great-great-grandson, Preston Alan
  Phillippi; and sisters, Hazel, Madelle, Edith and Ethel.  Survived by
  daughter, Dorothy J., married to Howard Rose, Jenner Twp. and son
  Earl M., married to Carol (Blivess), Indianapolis, Ind.;
  grandchildren, Cindy, married to Dallas "Doc" Stout, Jenner Township;
  Carol Rose, Bedford; Randy Miller, Hollsopple; and Duane, married to
  Lisa McCabe, Indianapolis, Ind.; great-grandchildren, Valerie and
  Bryan Stout, and sisters, Pearl Phillips, Ashtabula, Ohio ,and Olive
  Gohn, Windber. Graduate of Former Boswell High School.  She enjoyed
  quilting and cooking.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where a service
  will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday.  The Rev. Warren K. Lewis
  officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.  Memorials may be
  given to the Church of the Brethren Home, 1005 Hoffman Ave., Windber,
  Pa. 15963.
