"Bud" Miller, 66, of Wellersburg, died Monday, July 17, 1995 at the Hospice, Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Born Feb. 28, 1929 at Aliquippa, he was the son of the late George Miller and Laura (Werner) Miller Brown. Preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Knotts. He retired in 1988 with 43 years of employment in the shipping department at the Kelly-Springfield Tire Co. in Cumberland. Member of Greenville Lutheran Church, Greenville; a life member of Loyal Order of Moose, Meyersdale Lodge 76; member of Kemp Lodge 154, F.&A.M. of Mt. Savage, the Cumberland Consistory and the Ali Ghan Shrine; and a past president of the Ali Ghan Provost Guard. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Doris D. (Sturtz) Miller; three daughters, Paulette L. Foote and husband, Wayne, Cumberland, Bonnie Sue Gnagey and husband, Edgar, Meyersdale and Tammy L. Woullard and husband, David, Meyersdale; eight grandchildren, Pamela Foote, Todd Foote, Shayna Foote, Michelle Farber, Melanie Lane, William Gnagey, Brooke Whitacre, and Brendon Woullard; and four great-grandchildren, Nicholas Farber, Emily Farber, Olivia Lane and Samantha Lane. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman. Services conducted at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating. Interment in Greenville Cemetery, Greenville. Members of the Ali Ghan Provost guard will serve as pallbearers. A Masonic Funeral Service conducted at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday by Kemp Lodge 154.
