  MILLER
  
    Randall H. Miller, 68, who resided at 810 13th St. Windber, died
  Jan. 7, 1981, at Lee Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 12, 1912, in
  Somerset County, the son of Harry and Olive (Tedrow) Miller.  He was
  preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Donald.  He
  is survived by his widow, the former Ida Mary Hoffer and a sister,
  Mrs. Miriam Goff of Johnstown.  Member of First Presbyterian Church
  and a retired employee of Johnstown Publishing Company.  Friends will
  be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Meek Funeral Home,
  Windber, where service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev.
  David Jackson officiating.  Interment, Richland Cemetery.
