  Robert C. Miller Sr., 66, of Hooversville RD 1, died May 25, 1994, at
  Somerset Hospital. Born May 3, 1928, in Quemahoning Township. Son of
  the late Charles W. and Bessie (Shafer) Miller. Also preceded in
  death by brother, Dale. Survived by his wife of 39 years, the former
  Margie Crouse, and these children: Robert C. Jr., married to the
  former Kathleen Chockla, and Scott C. married to the former Roxanne
  Ansell, both of Hooversville RD 1; Jean, married to Larry Ruffner, of
  Latrobe RD 4, and Jeffrey C., married to the former Teresa Loht,
  Newville RD 1. Grandchildren: Jennifer, Ashley, Jeffrey C. Jr. and
  Katelynn Miller and Jessica and Scott Ruffner. Brother of Ray W.,
  Hooversville RD 1, and David H. of Pearland, Texas. He was a retired
  cabinetmaker and former owner of Modern Appliance, Latrobe. World War
  II Navy veteran. Member of Grace Lutheran Church and Robert Hite Post
  257, American Legion, both of Stoystown, and DAV.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from noon until time of service at 1
  p.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church, Rev. Walter Startzel
  officiating. Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown. Memorial
  contributions may be given to Grace Lutheran Church, Stoystown, Pa.
  15563. American Legion service will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday.
