  MILLER
    
    Robert M. Miller, Sr., 65, of West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of
  Garrett, died Oct. 11, 1984, in West Palm Beach. Born June 24, 1919,
  in Garrett a son of the late Raymond and Emma (Merrill) Shipley
  Miller. He is survived by his wife, the former Juanita Lohr; a son,
  Robert M., Jr., West Palm Beach; two half-sisters, Linda Hoover of
  Berlin; and Helen Knapp of Edie. Member of the board of directors of
  the First National Bank of Garrett; Garrett Chamber of Commerce;
  manager and part-owner of the Ardma Hotel, Palm Beach, Fla. Friends
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m.
  Tuesday with the Rev. Carl Mitchell officiating. Interment, Highland
  Cemetery, Garrett.
