SAMANTHA J. MILLER

  Mrs. Samantha J. Miller, 89, widow of William J. Miller, died at her home in 
Berlin, Monday night.  A daughter of William and Eliza (Weller) Fritz, she was 
born in Somerset County on Sept. 25, 1853.  Her husband has been dead for 12 
years.  Surviving are five children - A. C., Edward H. and Roy R. Miller, all of 
Berlin; Mrs. Edith Burkhart, Meyersdale; and Mrs. Belle Glessner, Berlin.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the 
Johnson Funeral Chapel in Berlin, by Rev. Robert S. Nagle, pastor of the Berlin 
Lutheran Church.  Interment in the Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
