Born Sept. 28, 1977, in Waynesboro, Pa. He was the son of Barry E. and Diane M. (Brougher) Miller of the same address. He had lived all his life in the State Line area. Scott graduated from the Greencastle-Antrim Senior High School with the class of 1995. He then attended Penn College of Technology in Williamsport, Pa., for one year. He was employed at Waynesboro Design Services, Waynesboro, as a drafter and was working for Brother's Pizza of Hagerstown. Scott was a member of the Otterbein United Brethren in Christ Church, Waynesboro, where he assisted in lighting and sound for some church productions. He also enjoyed listening to and writing music, and playing basketball, baseball and golf. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a maternal grandmother, Mrs. B. Elizabeth Brougher, Markleton, and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and a special friend Molly Humphrey. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Otterbein United Brethren in Christ Church, 146 Leitersburg St., Greencastle, with Pastor Michael V. Newman and Pastor Ronald L. Cook officiating. Burial, Parklawn Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg. Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Miller-Grove Funeral Home 521 S. Washington Street, Greencastle.
