      Velma M. Miller, 94, Garrett, died March 18, 2008 at Conemaugh memorial Medical 
  Center, Johnstown.
      She is a daughter of the late Robert and Nellie (Miller) Werner.  She was preceded in
  death by husband, Jay L. Miller; daughter, Marilyn  Weigle; and son, Ronald Miller. 
      She is survived by these children: Gloria Ringler, Garrett; Robert Miller, and his 
  wife, Jean, Beaver, PA.; Gerald Miller, and his wife, Sandy, Beaver, PA.; and Joseph
  Miller,  and his wife, Lois, Berlin. She  is also survived by son-in-law William D.
  Weigle Sr., Garrett;  and  daughter-in-law, Nancy Miller, 17 grandchildren, 25
  great-grandchildren and five great- great-grandchildren. She is a sister of Helen J.
  Miller, Warren, OH.
      Friends were received March 20 and 21 at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where 
  the service was conducted March 22 with Pastor Jane Metzgar officiating. Interment
  Highland Cemetery, Garrett. Arrangements by the William Rowe Price Funeral Home, Inc.,
  Meyersdale.

    Velma M. Miller, 94 Garrett, died March 18, 2008, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center,
  Johnstown. Born Sept. 3, 1913, in Garrett. A daughter of the late Robert and Nellie
  (Miller) Werner. Also preceded in death by husband, Jay L. Miller; daughter, Marilyn
  Weigle; and son, Ronald Miller. Survived by children, Gloria Ringler, Garrett; Robert
  Miller, and his wife, Jean, Beaver; Gerald Miller and his wife, Sandy, Beaver; and Joseph
  Miller and his wife, Lois, Berlin; son-in-law, William D. Weigle Sr., Garrett; and
  daughter-in-law, Nancy Miller, Rockwood. Also 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren,
  and five great-great-grandchildren. A sister of Helen J. Miller, Warren, Ohio. Friends
  will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday. Pastor
  Jane Metzgar officiating. Interment Highland Cemetery, Garrett. Arrangements by the
  William Rowe Price Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale.
