  MILLER
  
  Victor W. Miller, 94 of Berlin, formerly of Helixville Road,
  Schellsburg, died March 8, 2003 at Meadowview Manor, Berlin.  Born in
  East St. Clair Township, Bedford County, on Monday, Jan. 4, 1909, he
  is the son of the late Rufus and Lena (Shaffer) Miller.  Also
  preceded in death on Sept. 25, 1995 by his wife, the former Dorothy
  O. McCreary whom he married Sept. 12, 1929; grandson, Victor III;
  three sisters: Vista Horne, Cleo Will and Nora Frazier; brothers,
  Francis and Vernon and daughter-in-law, Alice.  Survived by children:
  Victor W. "Bill" Jr., Baltimore, Md., Betty wife of Thomas Whitcomb,
  New Paris; sisters, Esther Edwards, Ebensburg, Helen Oravec,
  Cairnbrook; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one
  great-great-grandson.  He retired as a heavy equipment operator at
  Feight Brothers in Everett after 15 years.  Also a heavy equipment
  operator for PennDOT from 1956 through 1964.  Member of Helixville
  United Methodist Church.  Friends were received Monday at
  Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg where funeral service will be
  held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Revs. Donald Henderson and Joseph Puleo
  officiating.  Interment Schellsburg Cemetery.
