    Walter Cedric Miller, 61, Spencer, W.Va., died Feb. 3, in the
  Fairmont (W.Va.) Emergency Hospital.
    Born in Meyersdale, April 14, 1905, he was a son of the late Robert
  and Margaret (Bittner) Miller.
    Surviving are his wife, Pruda Mae Miller; a sister, Mrs. Fanetta
  Waples, Norfolk, Va.; also a daughter, Virginia; and a son, Norman.
    He was a member of the Healing Stream Baptist Church in Seth, W.Va.
    Private funeral service was held on Sunday afternoon in Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with Rev. William Snell officiating. 
  Interment was made in Union Cemetery.
