Born May 17, 1938, in Stonycreek Township, the son of Clyde Webster and Susan Elizabeth (Brant) Miller. Preceded in death by parents, first wife, Roxy Lena Miller, who died Sept. 25, 1973; three brothers, Richard, Leroy and James Miller; and stepdaughter, Deborah Kay (Ickes) Webb-Barclay. Survived by his second wife, Shirley Ann (Krauss) Ickes-Miller, to whom he was married 28 years; son, Arnold D. Miller of Somerset, step-daughter, Mrs. Barry A. (Cheryl A.) Shaffer of Somerset, and stepson-in-law, Roger Webb of Berlin; grandchildren: Chad M. Shaffer of Berlin, Keith Webb of Somerset, Amber K. Shaffer of Somerset and Barry A. Shaffer Jr. of Somerset. Brother of Mrs. Charles (Hazel) Rubright of Berlin, Charlie W. Miller and wife Debbie of Somerset, Ms. Susan J. Miller of Somerset, Webster C. Miller and wife Bonnie of Friedens. A 1950 graduate of Shanksville High School. Member of Milford United Methodist Church. Owner and operator of William B. Miller Earth Moving from 1967-2003. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hauger-Ziegler Funeral Home where service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Randall W. Bain officiating. Interment, Mt.
