  WILLIAM J. MILLER
  
    William J. Miller, 79, died February 27, 1983, at Penn Knoll
  Village, Everett RD 1.
    He was born in Garrett Sept. 29, 1903, and was a son of the late
  Robert B. Miller and Amanda (Mullin) Miller.
    He was an Army veteran of World War II and a retired employee of
  the Cumberland Steel Company in Cumberland, Md.
    He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth May Howsare,
  Hyndman RD 1; Mrs. Edith Jane Troutman, Ellerslie, Md.; two brothers,
  Robert B. Miller and Clyde A. Miller, and three sisters, Mrs. Elsie M.
  Wolford, Mrs. Margaret Gaster and Mrs. Emma Robosson, all of Hyndman
  RD 1; and five grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home where services
  were conducted by the Rev. Kerry Cathers officiating.  Interment was
  in the Madley Cemetery.
