    William W. Miller, 84, Somerset, passed on April 8, 2006, at Somerset Hospital. Born
  March 25, 1922, in Somerset, he is the son of the late Lewis and Maude (Meyers) Miller.
  He is pre-ceded in death by his parents; wife, Lois Miller; brother, M.J. Miller and an
  infant brother. He is survived by his daughters, Linda, married to David Ross,
  Bridgeville and Nancy, married to Robert Gasswint, Etters; grandchildren, Chad Miller,
  married to Melissa; Tami Derrick, married to Robert; Jason Ross, married to Jennifer;
  Brett Miller, married to Crystal, and Kurt Ross; and great-grandchildren, Cole Miller,
  Cheyenne Miller, C.J. Simon, and Kylie Ross and sisters, Elizabeth Svonavec and Helen
  Hay, both of Somerset. Brother-in-law of Evelyn Gibson, Mary Boyd, Vernon Spangler and
  Rosalie Walker. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was a member of the
  Somerset Church of the Brethren. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II
  and was a retired heavy equipment operator who worked for Latrobe Construction Co. and
  Svonavec Coal Co. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home,
  Somerset. Visitation also from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of service, Wednesday, at the
  Somerset Church of the Brethren. The Rev. Mark Bendes and Rev. Roger Forry officiating.
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be sent to the
