    Marie E. Minerd, 78, Stoystown RD 2, died Feb. 1, 1984 in Conemaugh
  Valley Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Aug. 8, 1905 in Hyndman,
  daughter of Benjamin and Elsie (Williams) Shroyer.  Preceded in death
  by parents; brother, Jesse; and sister, Vera Dickerson; also first
  husband, George E. Maust.  Survived by husband, Otis; and these
  children: Mrs. Earl (Tolva) Durst of Johnstown; Mrs. Jerry (Reva)
  Lappi of Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Earl (LaNola) White of Seattle, Wash.;
  George Maust, married to Dora Merkosky of Cleveland, Ohio; and Braden,
  married to Dorothy Firment of Mt. Pleasant; 14 grandchildren; 27
  great-grandchildren.  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Thursday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, the
  Rev. Harold E. Andrus officiating. Interment, Indian Creek Baptist
  Church Cemetery.
