Mishler, 90, of Garrett, died Sept. 2, 1998 at Meyersdale Medical Center. He was born Dec. 20, 1907 in Glencoe, a son of the late Charles and Ida (Smith) Mishler. Also preceded in death by first wife, Dora (Scritchfield) and four brothers: John, Samuel, Homer and Merle; and a sister, Edna Brown. Survived by his widow, Louella (Jones) and these children: Kenneth Harry, Berlin; Ross Leon and Carol Sue Barron, both of Garrett; Cary Wayne of Boswell; Walter Samuel of Listie; Shirley Roumaine Yates of Willoughby, Ohio; and Dorothy Louise Clark of Akron, Ohio. Also 25 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and 12 great great-grandchildren. Brother of Pauline Ohler and Paul, both of Meyersdale; Hilda Schrock, Berlin; Nettie Homshell of Johnsonburg; and Irvin of Akron, Ohio. Member of the Glade City Church of God. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of God, Pastor Archie Smith officiating.
