  MITCHELL
  
    Arthur Mitchell, 71, of Berryville, Va.; formerly of Friedens, died
  Dec. 22, 1982, at Winchester, Va. Memorial Hospital.  Born Jan. 29,
  1911, in England, a son of Ralph and Mary Ann (Temperly) Mitchell. 
  Preceded in death by parents, and a brother.  Survived by widow, the
  former Agnes Louise Glovack; daughter, Mary Ann Donahue, Smithtown,
  N.Y.; son, Ralph C., Purcellville, Va.; five granddaughters.  Brother
  of Agnes Jamison, Somerset; Evelyn Irvin, Hooversville; Jennie
  Berzansky, Tire Hill.  Graveside services at 2 p.m. Monday at
  Friedens Lutheran Cemetery, by the Rev. Jeffrey A. Welsh.
