  MITCHELL
  
    Dr. David R. Mitchell, M.D., 42, of Pittsburgh, formerly of
  Confluence, died Dec. 26, 1997, at Shadyside Hospital.  Born July 8,
  1955, in Confluence, son of Mary Ellen (Goller) Mitchell and the late
  Ray Mitchell.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by
  brother, Dr. Barry Mitchell, Ph.D.  In addition to his mother, he is
  survived by his wife, the former Juliann Whetsell of Bethel Park, and
  daughter Mirabella, at home; one brother, Terry Mitchell of Stoystown,
  and one sister-in-law, Debbie Mitchell, widow of Dr. Barry Mitchell,
  of Confluence; also two nieces, Aimee and Adrianne Mitchell, and two
  nephews, Richie and Tyler Mitchell.  A memorial service will be held
  at 11 a.m. Monday at Hamilton Presbyterian Church, Bethel Park. 
  Family requests memorial contributions to be made to the Arthritis
  Foundation or the Hamilton Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
