  MITCHELL
  
  George Franklin Mitchell Jr., 19, of Garrett RD 1, died Dec. 8, 1972,
  in Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born Aug. 13, 1953, in
  Somerset a son of George and Anola (Shroyer) Mitchell.  He is
  survived by parents, and one sister, Mrs. Betty Jane Knopsnyder of
  Rockwood RD 1.  He attended Berlin Area High School and was also a
  member of the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department.  Friends will be
  received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, from 7 to 9
  p.m. Saturday (today) and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. 
  Services conducted Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. George Lyford
  officiating.  Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
