  Harvey G. Mitchell, 83, of Barnick Road, Boswell RD, died August 12,
  2002, at home.  Born Feb. 14, 1919, in Jenner Township.  Son of Noah
  R. Mitchell and Lucinda (Ohler) Ohler-Mitchell.  Preceded in death by
  parents, brothers Charles, Milton, William, Alex, Harry and Melvin
  Ohler and Scott, Noah, Clarence, Leroy and John Mitchell, and sisters
  Sarah Younkin, Nina Ohler and Dorothy Mitchell.  Survived by wife, the
  former Margaret (Dietrich) Bocsy; son John L. Bocsy, married to the
  former Greta Rhodes, Boswell RD; granddaughters Mary, married to
  Patrick Olliffe, Pittsburgh, and Erin, married to Michael Scott,
  Gettysburg; sister-in-law Hazel Mitchell, Alice (Dietrich) Belcher,
  and Josephine (Dietrich) Bulmanski; and brother-in-law John
  Dietrich.  Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other
  relatives.  Member of Laurel Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church,
  Jennerstown; UMWA; Boswell Post 461 American Legion; Somerset Post
  554 VFW; and Jenner Rod & Gun Club.  Observed 53rd wedding
  anniversary Jan. 26, 2002.  Retired area coal miner.  Army veteran of
  World War II.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday
  at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell.  Viewing also from
  10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., Thursday at Laurel Trinity
  Church, Rev. Jacquelyn M. DePhillips officiating.  Interment, Mt.
  Zion Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Harvey's name may be
  sent to "In-Touch" Hospice, 1590 N. Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
