  MARY A. MITCHELL
  
  Mary A. Mitchell, 66, Confluence, died March 27, 1988, at home.  Born
  Oct. 12, 1921, in Youngstown, Ohio, daughter of the late Stephen B.
  and Mary V. (Nalley) Whitacre.  Preceded in death by her husband,
  Lawrence Ray; two sisters and four brothers.  Survived by two
  children: Marshall Rugg, Orlando, Fla.; and Ginny Rae Lantz,
  Somerset; four stepchildren: Dolores Fike, Fort Hill; Lois
  Boyanowski, Rhode Island; Earl Mitchell, Confluence; and Bonnie
  Watts, Somerset; 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.  Six
  brothers: James Whitacre, Florida; Stephen Whitacre, California;
  Woodrow Whitacre, Mickey Whitacre, Donald Whitacre and Clarence
  Whitacre, and a sister, Ruth Morrison, all of the Youngstown, Ohio
  area.  Member of the Confluence VFW Auxiliary, Confluence Senior
  Citizens, and the Confluence Church of the Nazarene.  Friends will be
  received from 7-9 p.m. Monday, and 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held
  Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Thomas Charles officiating. 
  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
