  MITCHELL
  
  Randy A. Mitchell, 21, of Confluence, died July 20, 2003 in Addison
  Township.  Born March 31, 1982 in Meyersdale a son of Robert J. and
  Nancy (Fichtner) Mitchell of Confluence.  In addition to his parents,
  he is survived by a brother David of Columbus, Ohio and a sister
  Rebecca of Confluence.  Also maternal grandmother, Ruth Blycheck and
  her husband Paul of Uniontown.  He was a 2000 graduate of Turkeyfoot
  Valley High School.  A member of Confluence Baptist Church and the
  National Rifle Association.  He was employed as a water treatment
  plant operator for Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa in
  Farmington.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 10
  a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence
  where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Paul
  Werner officiating.  Interment in Jersey Cemetery.
