Born June 20, 1903, in Somerset County, daughter of the late Henry Franklin Miller and Ada I. (Hauger) Shaffer-Miller. Also preceded in death by husband, Russell M. Mognet; sister, Laura Miller; and half-brother, Dorsie G. Shaffer. Survived by close friend, Mrs. Barry R. (Melanie) Peters, Somerset RD 6. Retired teacher, having taught in Jefferson Township for 27 years. Had owned and operated Magnet's Esso Service Station in Bakersville. Graduate of Indiana State Teachers College. Member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Bakersville. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Donald L. Knowles officiating.
