Molnar, Sr., 56, resident of the Windber District for the last 35 years, died at 5 a.m. last Sunday in Windber Hospital where he had been a medical patient for the last two weeks. He resided at House No. 770, Mine 37, and had been ill since early December. Mr. Molnar moved to Windber shortly after coming to this country in 1902. He was employed as a miner. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Tresa (Hy***) Molnar, and these children; Sadie, wife of Michael Faher, Detroit, Mich.; Anna, wife of Joseph Seeley, Johnstown; Andrew, Jr. and Joseph Molnar, both of Mine 37 and Joseph, Mary, Bertha and Steve Molnar, all at home. A stepson, Louis Elias, and six grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. last Tuesday in St. Mary's Hungarian church, Windber, by Rev. Father John C. Csizz, pastor.
