Moon, Andrew J.

  A well known resident of Confluence, died recently after an illness of several 
months. He was born on the farm on which he died. He was the last of a large 
family. The family descended directly in the third generation from one of the 
pioneer of the Jersey settlers. The following children survive: Mrs. Albert 
Smith, Mrs. John Hostetler, James Moon, Bruce Moon, Floyd Moon, Draketown; Mrs. 
Laura Peters, Markleton and Mrs. Annie Younkin, South Connellsville. 32 
grandchildren and four great grandchildren also are living.
